The “Al Boschetto” farm of Stefania Zamuner was founded in 2007.
Ours is a story of passion and imagination that combines agriculture, education, and cuisine.
And it was precisely here that the desire was born to safeguard tradition, knowledge, and agricultural biodiversity. Starting from the experience of our grandparents and parents, through the fruits of the earth, we try to tell the story of the strength of a past that still lives on, blending ancient wisdom with the culture of sustainability and ethics. Hence the need for a production system respectful of the environment and human health.
All “Al Boschetto” products, from extra jams, to savory and sweet sauces, as well as mostardas, are gluten-free, made with vegetables and fruit grown and processed directly on the farm, in the splendid territory of Agro Pontino.

The educational farm
A concrete and ambitious challenge whose aim is to bring children closer to nature with the collaboration of parents and teachers and through interesting paths.
We want to promote a deeper understanding of biological cycles by bringing children to the farm to observe the aspects of nature and animal life, in every season of the year.
The paths designed at this farm are not just visits for their own sake, but real experiences in which the different activities make the children engaged participants.
